Shipping & Returns


You can receive your order at the address of your choosing when you are processing your purchase.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the type of order.

For shipments in Spain:

  • 3 working days for regular orders
  • 15 working days for orders with low availability items

For shipments outside Spain:

  • 7 working days for regular orders
  • 20 working days for orders with low availability items


There are currently no shipments to the Canary Islands.

There are two ways to make a return of products purchased on Mishti.

  • If you are a registered user: you will find all the information in the order management section of your user panel. Use it to start the process of returning any item you have purchased on Mishti.
  • If you have made a purchase as a guest: please activate the process of returning the products through the link that you will receive in your e-mail among the receipt of your purchase. This email will also contain instructions on how to process it correctly.

Please remember the deadline for making any return is 15 natural days from the date of the reception of your order.

The cost of the postage of the return, the type of transport chosen to carry it out and the risks that this entails are borne by the customer. Once we received the products and after having verified that the garments are in perfect condition, Mishti will manage the amount of your refund using the same payment method that you have chosen for your purchase.

You must use the original package in which you received the items to return them. Once the package is ready to ship please paste the ticket on it and choose the shipping method of your convenience to send the items to the postal address provided in the ticket. You will be able to download this ticket directly from your control panel.

Mishti reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline, as well as those of garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered.
