I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it from the 'login' link in the upper area of the online store and click on 'Forgot your password?'. You will receive an email to retrieve your password.

Is it possible to receive periodic information with the latest news and offers of MISHTI?

Yes. When you register as a new user, you must check the box ‘I’d like to be informed about MISHTI news’. Please check it to receive information about the latest MISHTI news.


Why is it not possible to place orders from my country?

Currently you can make your purchase from Spain, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg and Denmark.

You can make a purchase from any other country, as long as the delivery takes place in one of the countries listed above.

I own a multi-brand store. I am interested in working with MISHTI. What should I do?

If you are an owner of a multi-brand store and are interested in selling the MISHTI collection, please send us an email to info@mishti-doi.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?

Yes, except for products with handcrafted processes where there could be a minimum difference in the finishing process.

Please note that colors may vary depending on the features and settings of the screen you are using.

How will I know that I placed my order correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure you have not received it in the ‘spam’ folder.

If you are a registered user, you will also be able to enjoy other features like checking all the orders you have made, printing your invoices and managing your returns from the user control panel.

I’m not able to make a payment with my card

There are several reasons why your card may be rejected:

  • The card may be expired. Please make sure your card has not exceeded the validity date.
  • Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases. The card limit may have been exceeded.
  • Verify that you have filled in all required fields correctly.
How can I get an invoice for my company?

Simple open the ‘Other billing options’ drop-down box when filling in the purchase data and complete the tax information when requested.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the destination and the type of order you have made.

For shipments in Spain the terms are:

  • 3 working days for regular orders
  • 15 working days for orders with low availability items

For shipments outside Spain:

  • 7 working days for regular orders
  • 20 working days for orders with low availability items

How do I delete an item from my order?

From the shopping cart you can delete the items you do not want. Please be sure to remove them before processing the order.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

MISHTI only sells items in perfect condition. If you exceptionally received a garment with some faulty, please request a refund through the web and tell us the reason why you are returning it.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you mistakenly receive an item that you have not ordered, please contact our customer service department and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible.

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address that you choose as long as the shipment address is located in one of these countries: United States, Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Ireland, Luxembourg and Denmark.

What should I do to return an item?

If you are a registered user on Mishti, you will find all the information in the order management section of your user panel. From here you can start the process of returning any item you have purchased on MISHTI.

If you have made a purchase as a guest, you can activate the return process through the link that we will send you among the receipt of your purchase.

What is the deadline for making a return?

The deadline for any return is 15 natural days from the date of reception of your purchase.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

The returns that are collected at home have a cost equivalent to the shipping postage. We will advise you how to process it when you start the return process.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive a refund in the same form as the payment was made. Remember that the amount of the shipping costs of your purchase will not be refunded in any case.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your return is approved (please note that the items must be in perfect condition and all original tags must be retained), you will receive a confirmation email stating that the amount will be credited to your account.
